Provide a substantive response in 100 words or more.
How do you feel about the fact that Buchbinder & Shanks states that “the amount of additional health spending to cover all of the uninsured is relatively small” (p. 177) ? Do you think that offering, at least, preventative care such as annual physicals, could help reduce overall costs? Would this need to be offered equally among all, regardless of their income?
