Holstein, and a Works Cited page that provides a citation for this article.
Glaspell uses different layers of symbolism throughout the play; explore some of the
more important instances in which the play employs symbolism and discuss their
possible meaning. Ultimately, do you think justice is served in this play? Why or why
not? Your thesis statement should look like this:
